AIDA SCARPATI

Aida was raised in New York, but, since childhood, traveled to Connecticut every weekend to work at her father’s Italian restaurants. Witnessing how her father welcomed anyone and everyone to the dinner table, she learned and embodied the concept that true hospitality is innate, unselfish, and forever memorable. From this, was born her desire to establish a business where all customers would feel they are guests in her home. Upon graduating from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Aida returned to the city that she loves to continue working in hospitality, eventually joining her brother again to open their own restaurant in the West Village of Manhattan.
